To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the original condition you received it in. It must be wrapped securely to prevent damage in transit. The buyer is responsible for return postage.
Sorry items with personalised initials, names etc are non returnable.
Once your return is received and inspected, I will email you regarding your refund, which will be returned to your original payment method as soon as possible.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund, please check your bank account, also contact your card company where applicable.
Refunds may take some time before they appear in your account. If you have not received your refund after 14 days of my conformation email please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org
Sorry sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
Buyer is responsible for paying the postage for returning items. The postage costs are non-refundable.
When returning items please ensure you get proof of postage as we can not be held responsible for lost or missing parcels.
